Introduction

My Job Matcher Inc. d/b/a Job.com (“Job.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) matches Job Seekers with Employers. This policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes our privacy practices related to www.fullhires.com, together with any other websites, applications, features, technologies, or other services offered by Job.com or its affiliates (collectively, the “Platform”). Unless otherwise indicated, this policy applies to all of our interactions with users of the Platform, including, without limitation, those via email, social media, phone, and/or in person.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with information about how we collect, use, share, and safeguard the personal information we gather. It also describes options you have concerning your personal information. In general, our processing of personal information is designed to improve the experience of Platform users and provide relevant information about our products, services, and promotions.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Platform. By using the Platform, you indicate your understanding that the collection, use, and sharing of your information is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Except as otherwise noted, any capitalized terms not defined in the Privacy Policy have the meaning set forth in the Terms. If you do not consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not provide us such information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites accessible via the Platform.

Uses of your information in connection with the Job Alert program

If you opt in to our Job Alert program, we will send you notifications by email, SMS text, messaging app or other communication methods regarding potential job opportunities that match your job search criteria and/or the skills and qualifications listed on your resume. You can adjust the frequency of your alerts or opt-out at any time by changing your preferences on your account page or by following the unsubscribe instructions within certain Job Alert communications. By opting into our Job Alert program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the applicable provisions of our Terms and Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information about you from, among others, the sources identified below:

Information sharing

We value your privacy and want you to remain in control of your information. Accordingly, we only grant access to your information to clients that posted job openings to which you applied. Accordingly, you choose – through your application selections – which of our clients will be granted access to your information. Cookies and other tracking technologies

As is true of most websites and applications, the Platform collects some personal information automatically and stores it in log files. We use this personal information to, for instance, improve our understanding of and analyze trends, to administer the Platform, to learn about user behavior on the Platform, and to gather demographic information about our user base.

To monitor use of the Platform and improve its quality, we may compile statistical information concerning the use of the Platform through analytics services, such as those provided by Google Analytics. Examples of this information may include: the number of visitors to the Platform or to sections or pages of the Platform; patterns of traffic flowing through the Platform; length of time spent on the Platform, or in sections or on pages of the Platform; the other sites that refer visitors to the Platform; the pages of the Platform that visitors frequently use as entry and exit points; and utilization of the browser and operating systems and versions used by visitors to the Platform.

We use Google Analytics UserID feature to help provide a better user experience. This feature allows us to capture website interactions such as button clicks and link clicks. We do not capture any data that allows Google to personally identify any individual nor data that permanently identifies a particular device.By using the Platform, you consent to our use of the UserID feature. Terms & Conditions also apply.

We may use various kinds of software devices to collect information about use of our Platform.

The Platform uses essential, functional, and performance cookies to function and perform as designed; analytics cookies to understand how you use the Platform, improve its functionality and other related purposes; and advertising cookies to help us with our advertising and marketing activities. Do Not Track

“Do Not Track” is a privacy preference that you can set in your Internet search browser that sends a signal to a website that you do not want the website operator to track certain browsing information about you. However, because the Platform is not configured to detect Do Not Track signals from a user’s computer, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track requests.

Our Platform and Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age. We are concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet and will never knowingly request personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If the parent or guardian of a child under 13 believes that the child has provided us with any personal information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us and ask to have this personal information deleted from our files. If we otherwise obtain knowledge that we have personal information about a child under 13 in our files, we will delete that information from our existing files so that it is not in retrievable form.

Security

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect personal information within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Privacy Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within Texas. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Notice to Platform users located outside the U.S.

We operate in accordance with the laws of the U.S. When you access the Platform from outside the U.S., we may transfer the personal information we collect from you to a location outside of your jurisdiction, including the U.S. The data protection laws in these jurisdictions may not provide you with the same protections as those of your jurisdiction. By using this Platform you acknowledge that these laws may provide a different standard of protection and you consent to the transfer of your personal data to other jurisdictions, including the U.S.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

From time to time we may change our privacy policies. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting an updated copy of this policy on the Platform. Please check our Platform periodically for updates.

For California Residents

This section of the Privacy Policy (“CA Policy”) supplements and amends the information contained in our Privacy Policy with respect to California residents. This CA Policy applies solely to individuals, visitors, users, and others who are natural persons and residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). THIS ADDENDUM TO THE PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO USERS WHO ARE NOT NATURAL PERSONS AND NOT CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS.

The CA Policy describes our policies and practices regarding the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, including personal information you submit or we obtain when you use the Platform. This CA Policy is adopted in part to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Submitting Consumer Rights Requests To submit a request to exercise any of the Consumer Rights discussed above, please contact us using the instructions in the Contact Us section above. We reserve the right to only respond to verifiable consumer requests. A verifiable consumer request is one made:

Upon our request, you must provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity and/or authority to act on behalf of the consumer. In general, we may ask you to provide identifying information that we already maintain about you or we may use a third-party verification service. In either event, we will try to avoid asking you for sensitive personal information in order to verify your identity. We may not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. However, making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Under Nevada law, Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain “covered information” collected by operators of websites or online services. We currently do not sell covered information, as “sale” is defined by such law, and we don’t have plans to sell this information. In accordance with Nevada law, you may submit to us a verified request instructing us not to sell your covered information.
