Creative Biolabs is committed to accelerating the discovery, research, development, and manufacturing of gene therapies. We are looking for a project manager to lead the laboratory team to complete the gene therapy contract research according to customer needs.

• Have a significant direct client interaction, managing one or more cross-functional pre-IND research gene therapy programs simultaneously.
• Plan detailed executable experimental processes to promote the development of pre-IND gene therapy programs and provide thought leadership in addressing issues.
• Work with teams to develop price estimate and coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability solution and report project status.
• Provide project leadership and direction on one or more projects.
• Identify latest technology trends and domain trends and provide innovative solutions for program development.

• Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, genetics, or other life sciences areas.
• Hands-on work experience in molecular biology techniques, retrovirus/lentivirus/AAV/Adenovirus, gene editing technologies, RNA interference.
• Strong collaborative relations with biology team and effective participation in cross-functional project teams are expected.
• Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and deliver results to timelines.
• Exceptional organization, communication and inter-personal skills.
